It is apparent that stress management, diet, exercise, and other lifestyle choices are imperative on our paths to good health. This is especially true for those who suffer from chronic health issues. Making these internal and behavioral adjustments and sticking with them is a challenge that most of us struggle with. Creating a consistent meditation/exercise practice, adhering to dietary protocols, and shifting unhealthy attitudes and thought patterns is an immense undertaking. It’s hard to do it alone!
I help clients clarify their wellness goals and we work together to meet your goals. It takes 21 days of routine to create a new healthy habit. In breaking larger goals down into SMART goals, holding you accountable to your goals, working through the origins of self-defeating patterns, and providing warm and compassionate support, I am able to help create lasting changes.
